GTA V September 13th HW

                                                 Language:                                                                                                                      From this games cover it is quite easy to tell what sort of game it is, the pictures in this game tells us that it doesn't simply have one cover and only one cover. I know this as it has 3 different photos. The first picture is of a lady getting arrested by another female officer, this represents that this game includes crime and law breaking. The second picture indicates that this game includes one and one word only, action, the reason for this is because there is a man holding a baseball bat and a fiercome dog with the other hand. And last but certainly not least the last picture indicates that this game has a bit of the sweet life, as there is a sexy woman and the beach on the background. I also spotted something I had to give myself a bit of praising about is that the V is coloured in green which is the colour to indicate money and also the five written around it has the exact same font which the US dollars use which may mean that a lot of this game is all about CASH!

institution:                                                                                                                               The main company and one of the only company behind GTA V is Rockstar games which is an experienced company at making games very similar to GTA  such as Red Dead Redemption and Bully. However the game was directed by Rockstar North which is a branch of Rockstar Games based in Edinburgh, Scotland. But the buyers of Rockstar games is a company called Take-Two Interactive. The point of this company is to support the financial leg of the table,  which is what, out of all games, GTA needs as they have spent 170 million pounds on GTA V... I know, that's insane!

Audience:                                                                                                                       The Audience of this game is made bold and clear, age wise they have targeted adults, in specific over 18. I say this because the game is full of contents which no parent or law would like their kids to be playing. Also the gender targeted is male, some may argue that it may be intended for females as there are 2 females on the picture I have presented however, the females in this picture is presented differently, let's focus on the woman in bikinis in specific, let's face it, men enjoy seeing naked woman and so a naked lady has been put on the screen to capture men's attention in specific. This game is also intended for more working class as a lot of the game is controlling gangsters and characters who break the law and are doing anything in their power to get cash.

Representation:                                                                                                                    Finally this game is trying to show us that whoever you are, whatever games you enjoy, this game is most probably for you! If you enjoy cars, action, fighting, gangsters, real life and sexy woman it's all in the game for you. Rockstar games is presenting their game in this way as they understand the more people yo can relate to in this game the more sales your going to get.
